2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the arbitral proceedings are still pending and therefore liberty may be given to the applicant to move suitable application before the learned Arbitrator under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

3. The submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is considered. Accordingly, order passed by this Court vide order dated 11.12.2023 is modified by giving liberty to the applicant to move suitable application before the learned Arbitrator.
