Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was tenant under the respondent and pending the revision petition, she has vacated the premises and handed over the same to the respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this civil revision petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
