O R D E R
The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence under Section 115(2), 118(1), 191(2), 296(b) & 351(3) of BNS, 2023, in Crime No.635 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner indulged in a quarrel with the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) reiterated the prosecution case and he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He further submits that the victim has been discharged from the hospital.
4. Considering the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 20-08-2025 nvi 2 / 4
