ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 303(2), 332(c) and 351 (3) of BNS and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(iii) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989 in Crime No. 169 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the respondent police.
3. In view of the statutory embargo, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court and seek for bail. If any such petition is filed, the Trial Court shall consider the same on the same day in accordance with the law. 19.08.2025 nr Page No.2/4
