This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the petition filed in C.M.P.No.419 of 2016 in C.C.No.283 of 2015, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam and set aside the same.

2. It is seen that the CMP.No.419 of 2016 has been filed by the defacto complainant for further investigation under Section 173(8) of Cr.P.C. No orders have been passed in such petition and as such, the present petition filed challenge the filing of C.M.P.No.419 of 2016 itself is not at all maintainable.
