ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the judgment and decree dated 15.09.2016 passed by the learned District Munsif, Coonoor, in I.A.No.288 of 2015 in O.S.No.63 of 2015, thereby

appointing an Advocate Commissioner to measure the suit property. 2.

Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the suit itself dismissed as not pressed and hence the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous and nothing survive in this petition. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
