O R D E R

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b) and 109 of BNS, 2023, (294 and 307 of IPC) in Crime No.122 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the injured victim is still in the hospital.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that due to illicit relationship, there was a fight between the injured and the petitioner. Being a lady, she seeks anticipatory bail.

4. However, taking into consideration that the victim is still in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to entertain the anticipatory bail petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
