The petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.225 of 2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 420, 506(i) of IPC.

2. This is the second anticipatory bail. The specific case against the 1/4

petitioner is that promising to sell a plot to the defacto complainant for a sum of Rs.14,60,000/-, which was also received by this petitioner through bank account but as agreed, the subject property was not conveyed to the defacto complainant.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this petitioner is only an employee under A1 and the money transferred to her account, has been given to A1.

4. This Court is not inclined to take this explanation while considering the anticipatory bail petition. Hence, petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. 01.09.2025 gbi 2/4
