The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that during a vehicular check, the son of the petitioner was found in possession of bullets, which were later recovered from the petitioner's premises.

Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
