This writ petition has been filed to declare that the petitioner is eligible to apply and to be appointed as Graduate Teachers/ Block Resource Teacher Education (BRTE) pursuant to the Notification No.03/2023 dated 25.10.2023, issued by the 3rd respondent.

2.Heard Mr.R.Sethuvarayar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Alagu Goutham, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 3rd respondents 2/4

3.In the considered view of this Court, the entire selection process itself is over and at this stage, the petitioner is seeking of declaration to permit the petitioner to apply for the post. This writ petition is hit by laches and this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 4.Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
