ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2024, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. Since no adverse order has been passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that he made a representation dated 20.08.2024 before the second respondent to convey the property situated in S.No.1430 of an extent of 0.83 cents situated in Chengalpattu Natham B Village, Chengalpattu District in his favour for the purpose of expansion of 2/6
public road before the second respondent. Since, the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Though very many grounds have been raised in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders within the time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.
5. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and after affording an opportunity of 3/6
personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the aggrieved persons if any within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions and observation, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
