O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.193 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R-3, Ashok Nagar Police Station (Crime), Chennai and quash the same.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pending the criminal complaint against the petitioner herein, the parties have amicably resolved the disputes among themselves and the defacto complainant has also filed an affidavit to that effect dated 15.10.2019.

3. Both the de-facto complainant and the petitioner are present before this Court today. In order to identify the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respective parties, they have also submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards and the same has been made part of the record.

4. Recording the statements made in the affidavit dated 15.10.2019, the proceedings in Crime No.193 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, R-3, Ashok Nagar Police Station (Crime), Chennai, is quashed.

5. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed accordingly. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
