ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for quashing the FIR in Crime No.20 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent police for the offences under Sections 420 and 506 (ii) IPC against the petitioners/A1&A2.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that there was some money dispute https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

between the petitioners and the defacto complainant and the same was settled by the petitioners, therefore, further action has been dropped, proceedings initiated against the petitioners by the first respondent police in Rc.No.4 of 2018 on 20.02.2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramathi Court and also a copy of the letter was produced before this Court by the learned Government Advocate is placed on record. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this petition, has now become infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition, hence, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
