Prayer: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned order passed by the third respondent in RC.No.3163234-HSS-HROHRMI/3/2025 dated 03.07.2025 and to quash the same and further direct the respondents to accommodate the petitioner in the existing vacancy as Staff Nurse.

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the third respondent in RC.No.3163234-HSS-HROHRMI/3/2025 dated 03.07.2025 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to accommodate the petitioner in the existing vacancy as Staff Nurse.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner got appointment and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
