Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2022 with regard to revision of pay in the Elementary School Headmaster post in the light of G.O.Ms. No. 303 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 11.10.2017 within a stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. This writ petition has been filed for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pass final orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.05.2022 seeking revision of pay in the post of Elementary School Headmistress in the light of G.O.Ms.No. 303 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 11.10.2017 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, as per the recommendations of Seventh Central Pay Commission, her pay ought to have been revised in the light of G.O.Ms. No. 303 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 11.10.2017. Though she gave a representation on 25.05.2022 for the said purpose, the same has not been considered till date. Hence, she has filed the present writ petition.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 2 to 5.
No prejudice is going to be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation is directed to be considered in accordance with law within a stipulated time.
For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the 3\5
petitioner's representation dated 25.05.2022 seeking revision of pay in the post of Elementary ABDUL QUDDHOSE,J.
nv School Headmistress in the light of G.O. Ms. 303 Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated 11.10.2017, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
