PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to extend the time given by the Principal Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.3324/2019 in C.A.No.56 of 2019 dated 27.06.2019 for another 4 months pending disposal of the above said appeal.

O R D E R

The present petition is filed to extend the time for complying with the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.3324/2019 in C.A.No.56 of 2019 dated 27.06.2019.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the application seeking for extension of time and in consideration of the earlier order of this Court dated 30.09.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.26227 of 2019, wherein this Court had extended the time to comply with the Trial Court's order, insofar as it relates to the co-accused, the petitioner herein is granted a further period of 4 months from today, to comply with the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kancheepuram in Crl.M.P.No.3324/2019.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands ordered.
