C.M.P.No.3914 of 2025 in C.M.A.SR.No.130393 of 2024 S.SOUNTHAR,J.

This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the above CMA.

2. Mr.B.Siva Kollapan, learned counsel takes notice for the 2nd respondent and he has no serious objection for condoning the delay.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, delay is condoned. C.M.P.No.3914 of 2025 is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal and list the matter for admission, if it is otherwise in order.

5. The Registry is further directed to print the name of Mr.B.Siva Kollapan, as counsel for the 2nd respondent in the cause-list at the time of admission.
