The learned Advocate Commissioner as well as the learned counsel for the Applicant are present.
2. The learned Advocate Commissioner seeks extension of time to execute the warrant and also states that the initial remuneration ordered by this Court, is not yet been paid by the learned counsel for the Applicant.
3. The learned counsel for the Applicant would submit that the initial remuneration would be paid shortly and she has an objection for the extension of time sought for by the learned Advocate Commissioner.
4. Post the matter after four weeks and time is extended for executing the warrant by four weeks. In the meantime, the learned counsel for the Applicant shall pay the initial remuneration to the learned Advocate Commissioner as directed by this Court.
