This petition has been filed to relax the condition No.iv imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6737 of 2020 dated 06.11.2020 in Crl.A.No.441 of 2020.

2. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition. This Court granted bail to the petitioner on 06.11.2020 with the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of ever month at 10.30 a.m. until the disposal of the appeal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial Court without fail. He further submitted that the petitioner is now aged about 72 years. Due to age related health ailments, the petitioner is unable to travel. For his day-to-day activities, he needs somebody's support. Further, he was advised for bed rest. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner will not be reason for the delay or seek adjournment, when the appeal is taken up for final hearing. Hence, he prays to relax the condition imposed on 06.11.2020.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the trial Court, is totally relaxed.
