This Contempt Petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 08.10.2018 made in W.P.No.1394 of 2012.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for Respondents 5 and 6 that, the Petitioner's service has been regularized and monetary benefits due to him from 01.01.2018 were claimed and approved in March 2020 and the same has Page No.2 of 4
already been disbursed.
Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for Respondents 1 to 4 also submitted that, the amount due to the Petitioner was disbursed to him and to that effect, she furnished proceedings of the District Educational Officer, Chennai (West) vide Na.Ka.No.1222/A1/2020, dated September 2020.
Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings, it is open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law.
