2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 6, 1st line of the order dated 08.02.2024. The said para No.6, 1st line is to be replaced as follows: "6. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, ..."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above line in paragraph No.6 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. In other respects, the order dated 08.02.2024 shall remain unaltered.
