This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.21 of 2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-29, All Women Police Station, Avadi.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent-Police, on instructions, submitted that on completion of investigation in Crime No.21of 2023, the first respondent-Police has closed the case as 'Further Action Dropped' and closure report was filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court. He further submitted that RCS notice was also served on the complainant on 06.09.2025 vide FRCS No.07/2025.
