ORDER

I have heard Mr.K.R.Gunashekar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. The above contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order and directions issued on 25.4.2017 wherein a direction was issued to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.2.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. Though the time frame fixed by this Court was not strictly adhered to, the learned Special Government Pleader has filed a compliance report of the respondent along with the order passed by the respondent dated 30.11.2019.

4. In the light of the above, the contempt petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
