The suit has been filed for infringement of patent.

2. The plaintiff claims that they are the registered owner of the patent. The plaintiff is having its office at Chennai. According to the plaintiff, the defendant has infringed the plaintiff's patent. The defendant is carrying on business outside Tamil Nadu. In such circumstances, this application has been filed seeking leave to sue the defendant.

3. Since a major part of cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court, this Court is inclined to grant leave to sue the defendant. Accordingly, this application is allowed as payed for and leave to sue is granted.
