These applications have been filed seeking direction to issue summons to Mr.K.N.Choudhary, Senior Manager, Indian Bank, Anna Nagar Branch, Chennai - 600 040 and to direct him to produce the letter dated 31.07.2018 and for a direction to issue summons to Mr.K.V.S.Prakash Rao, former A.G.M.

Indian Bank for appearance before the Court to give evidence in this suit.

The other side has no serious objection in allowing this application.

Since production of documents and examination of witnesses are necessary for the suit, both the applications are Ordered as prayed for.

Issues summons to the witnesses for their appearance on 11.11.2019 and for production of the document and cross examination of the witness shall be completed before 13.11.2011. Post before this Court on 29.11.2019.
