ORDER
The revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated18.07.2019 made in Crl.MP.No.2029/2019 in M.C.No.45/2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram, directing the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- each to the respondents as interim maintenance from the date of filing of the the petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal revision petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. However, he would pray that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to complete the trial in the main case in M.C.No.45/2017, within a time frame to be fixed. He would also seek time to pay the arrears of maintenance in two instalments. He would also submit that he will continue to pay the interim maintenance awarded by the trial Court.
3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.

4. As undertaken by the petitioner, he shall pay the arrears of maintenance calculated till October 2019 in two instalments by the end of December, 2019 and he shall also continue to pay the interim maintenance for every month as awarded by the Trial Court, without fail.
5. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram is directed to complete the trial in M.C.No.45/2017 and dispose of the same, within a period of six months from today. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VIII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram.
