Today when the writ appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants would submit that the order passed by the Writ Court dated 18.10.2024 which is impugned herein, having been considered, was complied with. In support of his contention, he has produced a copy of the order issued in this regard by the District Educational Officer (Primary Education), Salem District dated 17.10.2025, whereby the appointment of the teacher concerned has been approved as directed by the Writ Court through the impugned order.

3. Recording the said development, as no further issue is pending in this appeal for adjudication, this writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
