Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.05.2024 and to comply with the direction given by the 1st Respondent to the 2nd 2/6

Respondent in Na.Ka.The1/904900/2024 dated 24.06.2024 to remove the name of the 5th Respondent in respect of Natham Nilavari Thitta Thuya Chitta in Old S.No.127/2A, New S.No.157/10, Keeranur Village, Keelpennathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, and conduct enquiry to include the name of the Petitioner in the Natham Nilavari Thittam.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the subject property belonged to the petitioner's grandfather and the same has been inherited by the petitioner and his sisters. While so, the 4th respondent has made a fabricated entry in the revenue records by including the name of the 5th respondent, in respect of the subject property. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 07.05.2024 and the said authority after conducting enquiry has directed the 2nd respondent to rectify the mistake with respect to fabricated entry made in the revenue records with respect to the subject property. But, the 2nd respondent has not complied with the said direction till date. Thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the 2nd respondent would consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also upon the submissions made, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the 2nd respondent to pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 07.05.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and by complying with the direction issued by the 1st respondent on 24.06.2024, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties and also within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No 4/6
