ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the second respondent to cause the production of the body of the detenue B.Mounika, D/o. Baskaran,aged 20 years, before this Court and to set her at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that this is the fourth time elopement of the detenue. Earlier, a case has been registered in Cr.Nos. 252/2019, 224/2019 and 596/2019 with the present one as Cr.No.420/2019 in different police stations. Each time, the detenue has been secured and now, she once again eloped.

3. In view of the above, we do not find any illegal detention involved especially when the detenue is a major. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
