As per the settlement arrived between arrived between the parties, which has been recorded by this Court vide order dated 28.04.2025, today, the learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.2,43,076/- to the learned counsel for the petitioner towards full and final settlement of the respondent's claim against the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent has also acknowledged the receipt of the same.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 28.04.2025 passed in this petition has been complied with. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Registry is directed not to list this matter in the near future.
