Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the appellant and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent/complainant.

The petition is ordered and the delay of 139 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the Judgment of conviction and sentence passed in S.C.No.30 of 2016, dated 29.03.2019, on the file of the learned Sessions Judge of Mahalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam at Nilgiris.

The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if the papers or otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
