ORDER

This petition has been filed to review the order dated 09.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.18104 of 2024, thereby closing the writ petition by recording the submission made by the petitioner's counsel.

2. The main writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to provide the proper and complete information as per the order dated 27.02.2024 on the file of the third respondent. On perusal of the order passed by this Court dated 09.07.2024, it is revealed that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the direction sought for in the writ petition has been complied with and recording the said submission, this Court closed the writ petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been served with any information as directed by the third respondent viz., the Central Information Commission.

4. On instruction, the learned Special Panel Counsel appearing for the

respondents submitted that the documents, which were sought for by the petitioner, had already been furnished to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the documents, which were furnished to the petitioner, before this Court. Even today also a copy of the documents, which were directed to furnish to the petitioner, were served to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

5. Considering the above submission, this Court finds no apparent error on the face of records as such the petitioners failed to make any grounds to review the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to cost. 09.04.2025 Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order rts
