Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, praying to direct the 1st respondent to monitor the investigation and direct the 2nd respondent to issue a certified copy of vehicle document bearing Registered No.TN 20 AM 2827 involved in FIR.No. 1274 of 2018 pending before the 2nd respondent based on the petitioner complaint dated on 06.03.2019. O R D E R

In connection with the death of the petitioner's husband, who had met with an accident, the petitioner had sought for certified copies of the documents of the vehicle, involved in the accident, which is registered in FIR.No.1274 of 2018 and in view of the non-supply of these documents, the present complaint has been filed. It is needless to pointout that whenever an application of this nature is made, it is the duty of the second respondent to supply the requisite documents, to which the petitioner is entitled for. As such, keeping the request pending indefinitely is not proper.

2. In the light of the above observations, the second respondent herein is directed to forthwith act on the request made by the petitioner on 09.05.2019 and supply them with the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

certified copy of the documents pertaining to the vehicle bearing Registration No.TN 20 AM 2827 involved in FIR No.1274 of 2018 along with any other connected documents, which may be required by the petitioner for the purpose of making claims under the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal. Such a supply of the documents shall be made atleast within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
