PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the 1st respondent to give the police protection to the petitioners property during the period of construction work of compound wall by considering the representation letter dated 21.09.2019.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give the police protection to the petitioners property during the period of construction work of compound wall by considering the representation dated 21.09.2019.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent police submits that on the complaint lodged by the first petitioner on 14.07.2019, the first respondent police has conducted an enquiry, after issuing notice to the second respondent, advised both the parties that the complaint made by the first petitioner is in civil nature and the same is closed.
