The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the second Respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dated 29.08.2022 for UDR corrections for the lands in survey no.112/8 and 113/3A1 of an extent of 0.90.0 Hec situated at Thandangam Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District within stipulated time and pass orders.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second Respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dated 29.08.2022 for UDR patta corrections.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner inherited the subject property from his grand mother. Whileso the revenue officials entered the name of the 5th respondent who is one of the legal heir of the petitioner's grandmother and other legal heir names were not entered. Hence the petitioner gave a representation on 29.08.2022 to the second respondent to rectify the said error. However the same was not considered. Hence this petition.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the second respondent to 2/4
consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2022 in terms of G.O.Ms.No.385 of 2004 Revenue Department dated 17.08.2004 within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation dated 29.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as counter parties if any within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
