This Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 31.01.2019 in C.A.No.154 of 2017 on the file of the IV Additional Sessions Court, Chennai reversing the order dated 22.05.2017 on the file of M.M.(FTC-IV), George Town, Chennai.

2.Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that pursuant to the order of remand passed in C.A.No.154 of 2017, C.C.No.1231 of 2015 was taken on file and after trial the case was ended in acquittal on 18.08.2022 and hence this case has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, no further order is necessary in this Petition and this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaenous Petitions are closed.
