C.M.P.No.22064 of 2017 in O.S.A.No.73 of 2013 M. DURAISWAMY, J.

and SUNDER MOHAN, J (Order of the Court made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-appellant submitted that the petitioner-appellant had complied with the conditional order dated 26.07.2022 passed in C.M.P.No.22064 of 2017 in O.S.A.No.73 of 2013.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents also submitted that the petitioner had complied with the orders of this Court.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the order of dismissal dated 23.02.2017 is set aside and the appeal in O.S.A.No.73 of 2013 is restored to file.

The petition is ordered.
