A.No.5401 of 2022 A.No.5401 of 2022 in C.S.No.408 of 2018 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The plaintiff has filed this present application seeking permission to file additional documents namely, the English translation of the Will, dated 06.10.1994 executed by S.Venkataramana Reddy and the Letters of Administration granted by this Court to the said Will.

2. The plaintiff is under obligation to produce the original of the document or the certified copy. If the original is produced and the certified copy is not available then the original can be compared with the copy of the document and an undertaking must also be given that the original shall always be produced during the course of trial and whenever required.

3. The learned counsel for the defendant stating that the documents can however be taken subject to relevancy and admissibility. The issue of admissibility may not arise but the issue of relevancy would arise. The documents to be marked subject to relevancy and witness to be put questions on relevancy and arguments to be advanced on the issue of relevancy.
