This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Crime No.7 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

3. On a perusal of the records, it is found that there are prima facie allegations made out as against the petitioners. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioners.
