Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.RC.NO.504 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to exempt them from surrendering in C.C.No.50/2011 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, pending disposal of Crl.RC.No. 504 of 2019 [IN CRL.MP.NO.14974 OF 2019] Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in CRL.RC.NO.504 OF 2019 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.V.SRIDHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners/A1 & A2 seeking to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the Trial Court made in C.C.No.50/2011, by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, dated 30.05.2017. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have surrendered before the Trial Court. Hence, nothing survives in this petition, accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
