Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the 1st respondent in final notice No.4491/E2/2023 dated 11.09.2023 and quash the same. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 1st respondent in final notice No.4491/E2/2023 dated 11.09.2023 and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. Despite Civil Suit is pending and though the official respondents

issued notice for enquiry on several occasions, they are not in a position to conclude the proceedings.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, this Court directs the first respondent to issue fresh notice to both the petitioner and the private respondents and complete the enquiry on a convenient day and pass the final order within a period of one month thereafter.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
