O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking Transfer of Investigation in Cr.No.2045 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the F.I.R has not been registered for an offence under the Exhorbitant Interest Act. Even though the allegations to that effect has been made in the complaint.

3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner cannot be a ground to transfer the investigation. If in the course of the investigation, the respondent police are able to get materials to include the offence under the Exhorbitant Interest Act, the same will be added by alerting the F.I.R or at the time of filing of the final report.

4.This Criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.2045 of 2017 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
