This application is filed to implead the proposed third respondent as the third defendant in C.S.No.483 of 2016.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the proposed third respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the proposed third defendant is a purchaser of the third item of the suit schedule property and that, therefore, the third respondent is a necessary or property to the suit.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents including the proposed respondent has no objection if this application be allowed.

A.No.7757 of 2019 in C.S.No.483 of 2016 affidavit in support of this application, it is clear that the transferee is a SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J kal necessary or proper party to the suit. Accordingly, this application is allowed and the third respondent herein shall be impleaded as the third defendant in C.S.No.483 of 2016.

The plaintiffs shall carry out necessary amendment on or before 04.02.2020. List the matter on 04.02.2020.
