This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register FIR and conduct investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.06.2023 as per the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5470 of 2023 dated 31.07.2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,
2. Petitioner had lodged a complaint before the 2nd respondent against 3rd, 4th & 5th respondent on 19.06.2023. Infact, petitioner has exhausted the other process and ultimately filed petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Tiruvannamalai seeking registration of FIR. In that petition, the learned Magistrate vide order dated 31.07.2023 has directed the respondent police to conduct enquiry and proceed if any cognizable offence is made out. Accordingly, respondent police registered C.S.R.No.441 of 2023 and had summoned the petitioner as well as the accused persons for enquiry.

3. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that, it is suffice to direct the respondent police to complete the enquiry and proceed in accordance with law and report to the defacto complainant about the final decision within a period of two months.
4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
