This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police in Crime No.265 of 2019 to trace the forged document purportedly executed by the Late.Shri.Bhanumathi Ramakrishna in favour of the accused viz., 1) V.Balu 2) C.Palanivel 3) R.Parthasarathy dated 05.03.1998, 04.03.2022 and 11.01.2022, so that it may be included in the prosecution list of documents along with the charge sheet dated 15.11.2022 in C.C.No.15796 of 2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the trial has now been commenced in C.C.No.15796 of 2022 before the Special Court dealing with CCB/CBCID Cases, Egmore and a total of two witnesses have been examined.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government

Advocate, the prayer sought in the Criminal Original petition cannot be granted at this stage. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the Special Court dealing with CCB/CBCID Cases, Egmore is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 03.02.2025 Index : Yes/No : Yes/No Speaking/non-speaking order shk
