issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order in BCDFGISSSV.No.388/2023 dated 07.09.2023 passed by the second respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and set aside the same and direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Mr.Siva, S/o.Dhanapal the detenue, now confined in Central Prison, Puzhal at Chennai before this Hon'ble Court and petitioner's husband Mr.Siva S/o.Dhanapal aged about 55 years, the detenue herein set him at liberty.
