The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 21.08.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20197 of 2024, to report before the Additional District Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on all working days at 10.30 A.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on every first day of English Calender Month for a period of three months.
