Seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass orders regarding the genuineness of Kurumans (ST) community certificate of the petitioner and his children namely 1)A.Alaikadal, 2)A.Adalarasu and 3)A.Elaiyanila issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to issue permanent community certificate to the petitioner's children that they belong to Kurumans (ST) community, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
