Application No.5680 of 2023 has been filed seeking to recall PW-1 witness in the suit for adducing additional evidence.

Application No.5681 of 2023 has been filed seeking to receive the additional documents filed on behalf of the plaintiff.

The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has stated no objection for allowing these applications.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications as sufficient cause has been shown for allowing these applications. Accordingly, these applications are allowed as prayed for.

Both the parties are directed to file a joint draft Case Management Schedule on the next hearing date. Post the matter on 17.11.2023.
