Ka.No. A2/ 827 / 2019 dated 13.05.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and the representation of the petitioner dated 16.05.2022 made to the 1st respondent, within the stipulated period granted by this Honble Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to cancel the Legal Heir Certificate of the deceased Mr.Logaiah which includes the name of the 3rd respondent as the legal heirs of the deceased issued in Ni.Mu. No. A6 / 720 / 2018, dated 06.03.2018.

2. When this matter was taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel would submit that the prayer in this petition has become infructuous and hence, they request this Court to dismiss the present petition.

3. Therefore, by recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost.
